Matt Brignall ND has over 25 years of patient care experience, with extensive training in both alternative and conventional medicine approaches. He is a believer in a less-is-more approach to medication and in aligning treatment options with patient values and beliefs.
Dr Brignall practices at West Seattle Natural Medicine in Seattle, WA. He offers primary care to all people over the age of 12, and he takes a wide variety of state and private insurance plans. As a primary care provider, Dr. Brignall's scope of practice includes nearly all prescription medications, diagnostic tests, and ordering necessary diagnostic procedures. His alternative medicine training provides expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, and counseling techniques.

For people who are out of network, but would still like to see Dr. Brignall, call the clinic for a current fee schedule. For existing patients from my previous practice, I appreciate your patience with filling out new paperwork for a new office. Please note that this clinic has less staff than my previous clinic, and most of the scheduling and contact is through the online portal. Telehealth visits are available for existing patients from the new and old clinics.
